Delicious Meals for 20g Carbs a Day
The beginning stage of just about every low carb diet involves eating low amounts of carbs to get you adjusted to the low carb lifestyle. Here are delicious meals that meet the 20g a day level!
Remember, you can eat ANY food at ANY time of day. Don't limit yourself to "XXXXX are for breakfast" or "ZZZZZZZ is only a snack". The more combinations you eat and new recipes you try, the less likely you are to ever get bored! Be sure to eat SOMETHING every 3-4 hours, even just a light snack, and drink lots of water constantly. Take those vitamins!
Here are some of my favorite super-low carb recipes.
Boneless Country Pork Ribs 0g
Cream of Celery Soup 0.8g
Cucumber and Cheese Slices 3g

Fish 0g
Lobster Tail with Butter 3g
Mozarella Balls in Oil 2g
Nuts ~2g
Olives 2.5g
Omelet 1.2g

Stay away from bars, shakes and the like in the first few weeks. You can add them in later on, but it's best to go as natural as possible at the beginning. That way if you DO have a reaction to something processed later on, it will be obvious when you add that item to your diet.
