Salmon and Green Beans Recipe
A super-simple meal of salmon and green beans is very tasty and filling, while only giving you 2.9g carbs per serving. This recipe is great for a quick summer grill.
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon filet
1 cup fresh green beans
1/4 stick butter
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup canola oil
Spray the bottom of the salmon with olive oil. Melt the butter and liberally apply it to the top of the salmon.
Grill the salmon on one side only for just under 10 minutes.
Wet the green beans, spray them with canola oil, and stir-fry them for around 10 minutes.
Serve the salmon and green beans with the butter sauce.
This is a perfect summertime recipe because it can be whipped together in a short period of time, and is very tasty. The omega-3 oils in the salmon are quite good for you too.
Serves 2 people
