This e-book has been written by Kris Porter who wants every bird to have a more enriched life.

Kris is a parrot owner – or is owned by parrots. People who live with parrots are always trying to find new ways to keep our birds occupied and happy, but Kris took a large step forward when she started putting the Parrot Enrichment Activity Book together.

Whether your parrot is a large Macaw, a medium sized Amazon or a tiny Budgie or Parrotlet, or one of the many parrots in between, Kris provides a ton of information and ideas to help you make your parrot's life a better one.

This e-book is full of colour pictures showing exactly what she is talking about. She shows her bird with plenty of toys, but points out that none are being played with. Then she puts together new toys that give her bird something new and exciting to do.

Kris points out that you don't need expensive store bought parts to put a new toy together. You can use leftover parts from other toys and you can use items from around the house – such as books, boxes, straws, and cleaned small containers that had once contained a food item for yourself or your family.

You know your parrot better than anyone else knows your parrot and will know what items will interest him enough to get him playing with something new.

Making toys for our parrots really isn't too difficult, but most of us need ideas from someone and this e-book will give you so many ideas that you will be excited to start putting some together.

Kris also gives us great information on having our parrots forage for their food, which is another way to keep them occupied and happy.

As if the above is not enough, Kris has some ideas for putting together playstands and play gyms as well as building an aviary for your parrots.
