Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts
Coming off of a Super Bowl victory, Manning will come into the season looking to add to his collection. With Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne to throw to, Manning won't be short on options. When looking for the best quarterback, you start with Manning and work your way down the list.

Tom Brady, New England Patriots
Brady is a guy who has made his name throwing to lesser known receivers. Never was that more true last year when his wide receiving corps consisted of a who's who of waiver wire pickups. This season, with Randy Moss, Donte Stallworth and Wes Welker, Brady will have more weapons than ever.

Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints
Brees had a marvelous year last season and will look to build upon that this year. Although he doesn't have the most talent at wide receiver, he heads an explosive offense that can strike from any angle. While Brees might not be able to match his numbers from last season, he's in line to have another huge year.

Carson Palmer, Cincinnati Bengals
After coming back from a knee injury, Palmer should be fully recovered heading into the 2007 season. With Chad Johnson and TJ Houshmandzadeh, Palmer has one of the best wide receiver duos in the league to throw to. While he struggled at times last season, expect a bounce back campaign from the Bengals quarterback.

Donovan McNabb, Philadelphia Eagles
McNabb is the forgotten quarterback coming into the 2007 season. At one point last year, McNabb was playing as well or better than any quarterback in the league. But then McNabb suffered a knee injury and the Eagles went on to make the playoffs without him. This will be a make it or break it year for McNabb, but he's a quarterback that can conceivably end the season as the league's best.

Marc Bulger, St. Louis Rams
Bulger quarterbacks the high-powered offense of the Rams. No only does he have a multi-dimensional pass catching threat out of the backfield in Steven Jackson, but he also has Torry Holt, who is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. Bulger has the arsenal to be huge in 2007.

Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys
Romo was one of the biggest stories in the NFL in 2006 when he took over the reigns from Drew Bledsoe and played well right away. While Romo’s play faded during the last part of the year, he still played well enough to be considered one of the better quarterback prospects in 2007. And with Terrell Owens on his side, that’s always a good option for a quarterback.

Matt Leinart, Arizona Cardinals
With Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin headlining his wide receiving unit, Leinart is in the perfect position to thrive. While Leinart doesn’t have a fantastic arm, he has a lot of experience and know-how. Even though he’s young, Leinart can make the jump into the upper echelon of quarterbacks.

Matt Hasselbeck, Seattle Seahawks
Hasselbeck has been one of the better quarterbacks over the last couple years. Even though he’s lost Darrell Jackson to free agency, Hasselbeck still has enough guns on offense to have a big year. At 31, Hasselbeck is still young enough to improve his game.

Vince Young, Tennessee Titans
Perhaps the most exciting player in the league, Young is a natural leader and football talent. The bad news for Young is the players around him are even worse than those he had around him in his rookie season last year. But with Young, there is always a chance for greatness.
