Sonia Choquette's 'Your Heart's Desire' is one of my all time must-reads. I found this gem of a book early on in my spiritual path and I borrowed it from the library so many times it was almost on permanent loan to me. In the end I bought a copy so that other people could benefit too!

Sonia has an engaging writing style. She is easy to read and entertaining, illustrating her teachings with examples from her own life and her clients' experiences, whilst dealing with profound metaphysical concepts in a clear way.

When you start to understand the manifestation mechanism through which we draw the things we have in our lives towards us then the importance of weeding out the habitual negative thought patterns and keeping an uplifted and clear mind set really drops into place.

Sonia includes lots of helpful and enjoyable practical suggestions for getting your intention clear, several of which I've used successfully in my own life. Making a 'manifestation box' really helped me clarify my intention in moving to Wales and I do believe that the energy of clear and positive focus that went into creating the box helped smooth the path for me. I loved the activity of finding just the right items to make and go into the box and then putting the whole thing together. More recently I created a vision board, a collage of things and experiences I'd like to have in my life, only to stand back at the end and realise that I'd already manifested the majority of them to a certain extent!

If you’ve been trying and pushing for your heart’s desire with little success, and want to know why it hasn't come about, or if you’ve never sat down & worked out what you really do want from life then I can wholeheartedly recommend this book to you.
