Lauren D´Silva is the Principal of Touchstones School of Crystal Therapy. She provides training for Crystal Therapists in Glastonbury and in Wales, UK. Her book Light behind the Angels was published in 2010 and is an autobiographical account of her own past life journey.

Lauren´s interest in all things New Age began many years ago through a fascination with the energy flow in our homes and Feng Shui. She noticed the strong link between people and their dwellings and that the manifestation of the outer life is a reflection of the inner being.

Lauren had an established and successful teaching career in State schools but she was increasingly drawn to healing. She spent time studying various therapies, before receiving a crystal healing from her mother´s yoga teacher. It was such a profound experience that she needed to know more! A little bit of synchronicity put her in touch with a lovely crystal healer who was running night-school classes locally. She was hooked & went off to get professional training. What a life changing event that original healing session was!

Lauren really enjoys empowering people, whether through healing sessions, teaching, or through wider communication in her writing and on the web. She believes in giving people the opportunities and skills to make positive changes for themselves.
