Thanksgiving Made Easy!
Thanksgiving brings the memories of so many delicious foods and family gatherings for me. Even though some of my loved ones are gone the holidays are still a wonderful time to enjoy the company of friends and family. A great part of the holidays includes good food and traditional or non-traditional fare. I personally take the actual holidays off from worrying about weight loss and things like that and just enjoy the normal meals served on those days. However I do realize that there are some of you who may have more health conscious menus in mind so I have included some diabetic desserts and vegan tofu turkey for your enjoyment also. For the rest of you there is just good, down home cooking recipes here. Make the best of the holidays and enjoy those around you this season. I hope that these recipes and suggestions will help.
