A Late Dinner Book Review
A Late Dinner by Paul Richardson
A Late Dinner is one of those books that is hard to put down. I kept turning the pages, it´s a thoroughly enjoyable read as well as a learning trip in Spanish food and places.
This is a great book for all the foodies out there or those who love Spanish gastronomy. Richardson shares his knowledge and travels and the reader will come away wiser and with a greater desire to experiment with their palate and in their food travel.
I was left with a hunger to cook more, explore further and be more adventurous when trawling a menu. I only wish I´d been with Richardson through so many of the meals he wrote about.
The authors tales had wanting to follow in his footsteps. I was sad that my journey with him hand ended and I read it so quickly.
I shall have to read it again, a little more leisurely this time and will certainly be dipping into it again and again for a tapas moment or two, when hungry for a word.
For a good read or a present for budding chefs or Spain fans this is one of my favourite books of the year.
A Late Dinner - Discovering the Food of Spain by Paul Richardson is printed by Bloomsbury Books with the ISBN 9780747593805.
It´s available for purchase from Amazon, which is where I purchased my copy of the book.
