Journey

Keith Dodrill

When it is gone there is nothing there
But the place
Where it was
And then
There is just space
Emptiness
Nothing

Continue walking when there is no path
Through all that is and will be
Let centuries pass
Dark become light
Opening slowly
Closing silences
Embracing all
Love Truth

Offer your hand where promises died weeping
Reach into beyond then further still
Comfort the mountains
Hold tightly colours
Wake gently her voice
Soothing the breeze
Touching tall trees
Let thighs ignite
And eyes burn;

You cannot hear by listening
And looking never bears fruit;

Unfold existence carefully
It is there

It is there........
