Grand Theft Auto Vice City Walkthrough :
The Chase
Diaz lives in a big mansion on Starfish Island. Quite nice.
He has a thief in his organization. He wants you to follow the thief & see where he goes. Find out where the thief is stashing money.
First, go to the pink dot. The game says to go look in the window. OK, you do and he sees you and starts shooting at you. Chase him across the roof. It's VERY hard to see where you're going but in essence it's all just running and crosing planks. Soon he shoots at you then leaps down to a car. Jump down after him. There's a moped right there that works fine, or switch to a car if you need to.
Just chase him a bit. Soon he'll go into his hideout, and the mission is over.
