Low Carb Key Lime Pie RecipeMy boyfriend absolutely loves key lime pie. Here's a low carb version of this classic dessert that uses Philadelphia cream cheese. Enjoy! 1 cup water 1 pkg sugar-free lime Jello 1 pkg Philadephia Cream Cheese 8 tsp Splenda 4 oz whipping cream 8 oz lime juice Microwave the water for 2 minutes. Stir in the jello. Add in the cream cheese and Splenda. Now add in the whipping cream and lime juice. Put into individual serving bowls and chill for 3 hours.
