The Sweepstakes begins on November 23, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 27, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. ET The Promotion Period consists of a Grand Prize entry period and thirty-five (35) daily entry periods. The Grand Prize Entry Period runs for the entire Promotion Period.
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter online visit http://arbys.promo.eprize.com/501giveaway. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the Daily Entry Period prizes for that Daily Entry Period.
You can enter online one (1) time per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
You can also enter at participating Arby's Restaurant locations.
The Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner on or about January 5th, 2010. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes First, Second and Third Prize winners from all eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period immediately following the conclusion of that Daily Entry Period at 5:01 p.m. ET that calendar day. Non-winning entries will carry-over into subsequent Daily Entry Period drawings. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.
There is one Grand Prize: A check for $10,000.01 in winner's name.
35 FIRST PRIZES (awarded one (1) per Entry Period): A check for $500.01 in winner's name.
210 SECOND PRIZES (awarded six (6) per Entry Period): A $50.01 Arby's gift card.
1050 THIRD PRIZES (awarded thirty (30) per Entry Period): A $5.01 Arby's gift card. ARV: $5.01.
To request a winner list, after the promotion period and no later than March 29, 2010, visit the website and complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ and select "Request a list of winners" in the drop down. .
