Sweet & Tangy Grilled Pork Chops

Sweet & Tangy Grilled Pork Chops

  • 6 center cut pork chops, about 1 " thick
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup molasses
  • 1/3 cup prepared mustard
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preparation -
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients, stir and pour into bag to cover chops. Seal bag, then place it in a shllow dish and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade. Grill over a medium hot coals for about 10 to 12 minutes per side or until evenly browned and thoroughly cooked.
