Gelatin Snacks Before Jello® introduced Jigglers® recipes, we made "finger jello" snacks for our kids.Finger Jello - 3 boxes (4 serving size) fruit flavor gelatin
- 4 packets Knox® unflavored gelatin
- 4 cups boiling water
Preparation - Place all the gelatin, flavored and unflavored, in a large mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Pour into a 9" x 13" baking pan and chill until firm. Place the bottom of the pan in warm water for about 15 seconds. Remove the pan from the water and cut the jello into 1" squares with a kniife or cut it with cookie cutters. After cutting, remove from the pan and store, covered, in the refrigerator. Jello Jigglers® - 2-1/2 cups boiling water
