Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic Exercise
According to the most current research, aerobics tops the list of exercise recommendations. “Too many people confine their exercise to jumping to conclusions, running off at the mouth, stretching the truth, bending over backwards, lying down on the job, sidestepping responsibility, and pushing their luck.”

This anonymous quote tells it like it is in our modern society. But, if you want to be healthy, it’s necessary to find an exercise program that you can live with.

Why? Because exercise is a major factor in managing your weight, fighting off depression, lowering blood pressure, cutting down on the risk and negative effects of diabetes and helping to prevent heart disease and certain kinds of cancer such as breast cancer.

Don’t you think you're health is worth it to find a way to fit aerobics or some form of regular exercise into your lifestyle?

I recommend Leslie Sansone's 2 Mile Walk DVD. This is a great DVD for all fitness levels. Beginners can walk 1 mile and then fast forward to the cool down and more advanced users can go the entire 2 miles. I use this DVD every day and I'm feeling great!
