Baldur's Gate II : Shadow of Amn
This sequel to Baldur's Gate continued the story of your orphan character. Where before you were a young strapling getting used to the world, in this one you're a seasoned warrior, and have a real impact on what is going on.
You can also create an entirely new character if you wish. If you do, your new character will also be strong and powerful.
The graphics are great, and the new selection of weapons, armor and spells are really fun. Since you're not beginning with a newbie, learning character, you dive right in to serious tasks with heavy weapons. Some of your old friends are there to help out, although sadly others don't make it through the plot twists and turns.
The quests are really interesting, and the people you interact with and who join your party all have great personalities. There are lines in the game you find yourself quoting long after you've gotten through an area!
Highly recommended to any RPG fan, and a must have for anyone who enjoyed Baldur's Gate.
