As editor of the Southern Cooking site, I hope to take you thru the South with recipes that you will make your own. With recipes and culture from Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama. You will not only find great recipes, but a history lesson or two on the foods I write about. I love listing from time to time the cost of foods "back in the day".
