Tip of the month. ¿nieve, nieva, nueve, nueva?.
Some Spanish words, having in common consonants "n" and "v", are not easy to distinguish. These words are "nieve", "nieva", "nueve", "nuevo" and "nueva".

    Nieve
    and
     
    nieva
    :
    (la) nieve = snow
    nieva (verb) = It is snowing

    Nuevo
    and
     
    nueva
    :
    nuevo (adjective, masculine) = new
    nueva (adjective, femenine) = new

    Nueve
    :
    nueve = nine
