Tiffany's Bridesmaid's Luncheon MenuIn my never ending menu creating, breakfast- brunch has a big soft spot in my heart. I love the versatility of so many breakfast products. This is a brunch style appetizer menu that I put together after having someone else create my breakfast at Tiffany's Bridesmaid's Luncheon. In a previous article” link to article”I gave a rough template of the set up to he party theme. Below is a list of some menu ideas. The difference in this menu is that it is not a sit down and serve menu. It is based on small bites or an “amuse bouche” appetizer menu. The service set up is simple and inexpensive. The foods are served on silver trays. These can be purchased from a dollar store, rented, borrowed or created with tin foil. The idea is a little luxury, as with anything Tiffany, silver is the main color. I think you will find the following menu very easy to recreate. If you would care for recipes I would be more than happy to send you the recipe cards I have created. Just email me and let me know your interests. I am always more than happy to help anyone out. Silver Dollar Pancakes Delicate miniature pancake stacks, topped with fresh maple blueberry's and butter Mini Eggs Benedict Bites Tiny bread crostini's topped with thin shaved deli ham, black forest or prosciutto. Scrambled eggs Smothered in Hollandaise sauce. Mini Green onion and Cheddar Quiche The name says it all, small tart shells filled with rich egg, green onion and cheese mixture, baked until a beautiful tender golden brown. Potato Poppers Grown up “Tater Tots” stuffed with sour cream cheese and bacon, mmm zippy good. Bite Size Cream Cheese Danish Apple, cherry and lemon buttery, flaky danish. The pop in your mouth sweet treat. This menu can be completed by offering a great choice of herbal teas, coffees and a champagne and orange juice toaster. You can also serve this menu tea party style on the tables with proper tea service. This menu can be reproduced for a larger portion service as well, depending on the time of the day. It is versatile and flexible. I hope this menu sets your imagination free. Think outside the boundaries when you are planning an event, whether it be for yourself or a friend. Food can be so creative and so mutually enjoyed. Make it as memorable as your event. Again if you do need help with menu items, menu design or signature drinks, please feel free to let me know. This is the main focus of my business. All I ask in return is a kind thank you email or post in the forum. This is Sandra Sable signing off for now.
