A Review of Icy Diamond Totes
With the coming of the hot summer weather, I have found the perfect little travel bag to carry. They are called Icy Diamond Totes and come in a variety of colors.
Tired of carrying your cold snacks in small coolers or having to make a run to the supermarket when your blood sugar gets low? Here is the perfect solution to problems.
These bags are 5.5" L X 2" W x 5"H insulated tote bag and comes with a handy ice pack. You can easily fit in Epi pens, small bottles of insulin and even your needles. For a quick pick me up, this totally insulated bag is perfect for string cheese, carrots, apple slices and all your cold treats when your blood sugar gets low.
Other uses for this multi tasking little bag include: Snacks (string cheese, sandwich, small juice or water),Cosmetics (lipstick, eyeliner, or lip liner),Baby Items (teething ring, unfinished baby food, medicine),Golfers (Drinks, snacks, cold face towel, etc.),Individuals with Food Allergies (epipen),Diabetics (insulin, small orange juice, or other medication) and Electronics (PDA, cell phone, ear phones)
The strap is an adjustable strap, includes a carbineer hook and a place to identify it belongs to you. Also, they’ve just introduced an Icy Diamond backpack.
By freezing the two cold packs you can keep items cool to 43 degrees for a nice, long six hours. This is great for picnics, bike rides, and beach or boat trips. Also, if you take a trip to the fair or amusement park, some of them don’t offer healthy foods so you can have your own.
These lovely totes come in chocolate brown, navy blue, and pink. You or your child can add any bling you want to decorate them. Craft stores would have the stones, sequins and glue to make these cute little bags glow with love.
I tried this myself on a busy Saturday morning. I usually take protein along when my blood sugar bottoms out. I also included a small can of V-8 juice, small container of carrots and a couple of single serving string cheese. With the cold packs, I admit it was a tight fit, but my goodies stayed cool and fresh when I needed them.
These little bags are handy for many uses and satisfies the for diabetics on the go and practically everyone else. Think of these for the hard to buy people.
Remember test, don’t guess!!!
