Spinach & Bacon Cheese Dip Recipe

Serve this creamy, cheesy dip with carrot and celery sticks or other fresh crisp veggies. It's also good with corn chips, pretzel sticks or other snack sticks.

• 8 slices fried bacon
• 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened - regular of light
• 1 lb. shredded or cubed pasteurized process yellow cheese, such as VelveetaŽ
• 1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes

Preparation -
Break or cut the fried bacon into bits. Drain the thawed spinach well. Place all the ingredients in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together to mix well. Microwave on full power for about 3 minutes. Stir the mixture then microwave on full power for an additional 2 minutes or until or until creamy and well blended.
