New loves for Stephanie & Bridgette

Stephanie and Bridgette don’t have much luck in love department, but for different reasons. One can't let go of a man, and the other can't keep a man! Stephanie is the matriarch of the Forrester family, and revered as such. Stephanie undoubtedly is the love of Eric's life, and her moving in with Donna and Eric, should have been the last straw. Ever since his near death experience, Eric has changed. He is more youthful, wearing funky hairstyles, and dressing a little more casual. Regardless of what Donna has done, Eric is in love with her. Since Thorne framed Donna, Stephanie won Eric's heart by default. Who wants to win that way? Bridgette may be younger, but she is equally unlucky. Bridgette has chased Nick twice, to lose him both times by her Mother and Sister. Now she is alone, and picking up the pieces of her shattered heart. I know Bold & the Beautiful Writers have a tendency to rerun the same relationships over and over, but Bridgette going after Nick for a third time would seem to desperate and undignified.

Taylor & Ridge to finally reunite

Taylor & Ridge reuniting would be a great start to 2009. There are long time fans of B&B who want to see these two finally working it out. I didn't think it was possible to see Ridge with Taylor again. Because of Taylor's experiences over the last few years, she has become this strong woman that knows who and what she wants. The old Taylor would have never called a family meeting to discuss winning Ridge back. The new Taylor is confident and gave notice to Brooke that she plans to fight for Ridge, and will not back down this time. This is a fight I have been waiting for. But with Ridge's behavior, he will choose Brooke just to spite Rick.
