I learn about many vacation giveaways that might make great prizes for honeymooners, but I rarely write about them here at BellaOnline.com, since the contests often have immediate entry deadlines. About St. Augustine

I've never been to St. Augustine, but it's on my wish list of Florida destinations to visit (along with Sanibel Island and the Florida Keys). For history buffs, it's a gold mine -- as the nation's oldest city, it's filled with Spanish colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, and old courtyards. This is where Ponce de Leon landed, and where he "discovered" the Fountain of Youth (now a national archaeological park). On the coast between northeast and central-east Florida, St. Augustine is convenient to the Orlando, Jacksonville and Daytona Beach airports.

Besides taking in the magnificent number of historical sights and landmarks, visitors have lots of opportunities to play golf, fish, go surfing, diving or parasailing, or simply relax on 43 miles of pristine beach.
