Victor Newman's disappearance

Victor Newman's disappearance

Victor was devastated after Sabrina's accident. Victor and Sabrina were looking forward to having a baby, and starting their life together. Victor’s behavior after Sabrina's funeral was so bizarre, it led you to wonder if he had gone insane. Victor was in rage from the moment Sabrina passed, even going so far as to have a private burial with only him and the Minister present. Victor buried his credit cards, cell phone and anything else that would tie him to Genoa City. He had a plan to find Walter and avenge Sabrina's death.

When Victor arrived in Mexico, he quickly befriended the locals, asking about the area, and waiting for Walter to show. Walter fled down to Mexico to avoid the Mob, who has a contract out on him. The last time Victor was seen, he disguised himself as Walter’s Fisherman. Victor blames Walter for Sabrina's death and is seeking justice.

So what happened after that? Victor may have killed Walter and is in hiding to avoid questioning from his family and the police. Victor has evaded the law before, but nothing of this magnitude. But only “The Moustache" could get out of this one.

Another scenario is: the Mob killed Walter and kidnapped Victor for ransom. This scenario is possible, but less likely; Victor would not go down without a fight. This scenario would make for interesting television.

Victor’s disappearance has prompted a few people to show their true colors. Ever since the disappearance, Nikki’s devoted her time to finding Victor. Nikki had an epiphany and realized she should have been with Victor all along. On the other end of the spectrum, Adam has lost his mind. Adam has assumed the position of C.E.O. at Newman Enterprises. Adam fired Neil Winters, and barked orders to Michael Baldwin. When Victor returns, I expect him to put Adam in his place.
