*Hilary Swank is moving to France for love but pals fear she’s headed for heartbreak. The two-time Oscar winner is so besotted with her hot new French boyfriend, real estate broker Laurent Fleury, she’s relocating to Paris permanently. She’s even put her sprawling L.A. mansion up for sale. But those close to the “Million Dollar Baby” star are deeply concerned she’s headed for romantic disaster like fellow actress Melissa Gilbert, who fell in love and was cruelly dumped by a handsome, conniving Frenchman in a matter of months.

*Janeane Garofalo was married for 20 years and didn’t even know it, until she needed to get divorced Saturday. She explained at a New York Comedy Festival reunion for “The Ben Stiller Show” that she married a writer on the series — Rob Cohen, who went on to produce “The Big Bang Theory” in Las Vegas as a joke in the 1990s, and didn’t realize the nuptials had stuck. “Rob and I got married, for real, which we had to have a notary dissolve not 30 minutes before we got here tonight,” Garofalo said. “We were married for 20 years until this evening.”

*John F. Kennedy’s granddaughter Rose Schlossberg has reportedly been sued over allegations that she crashed her Chevy Impala into another car on Wilshire Boulevard in LA. Rose and her mother Caroline Kennedy were both named in a lawsuit by an unnamed motorist who claims Rose crashed into his Honda Civic back in August.

*Woody Allen has started filming “Fading Gigolo,” director John Turturro’s movie starring the “Manhattan” director and sexy leading ladies Sofía Vergara, Sharon Stone and Johnny Depp’s ex Vanessa Paradis. Allen and Turturro were spotted shooting for two days late last week at Upper East Side luncheonette Lexington Candy Shop. “Woody and John were eating” in the scene, a spy said, “then start a conversation with a woman.” Allen plays a pimp in the film, also starring Liev Schreiber.

*If there’s one thing we’ve learned this week, it’s not to send emails during illicit affairs. TMZ released an email from Kevin Clash, the man who voices Sesame Street ’s Elmo, who wrote that he “can’t stop talking about sex with you” to the man who has accused him of having sex with him when he was a minor. The email was sent in 2010, after the accuser turned 18. Clash has acknowledged having a sexual relationship with the accuser, but has insisted it occurred after the accuser turned 18. In the email, Clash writes, “I want you to know that I love you and I will never hurt you … I’m here to protect you and make sure your dreams come true.”
