Coffee Editor Celebrates One Year
It’s hard to believe that it’s been one year since I first started writing for BellaOnline. A friend let me know that BellaOnline was looking for writers. I was surprised to find the subject of coffee open. In my mind I thought, “Who wouldn’t want to write about coffee?”
Over the year, I’ve tried to cover everything you’ve wanted to know about coffee and then some--from the ground to the cup and beyond.
Here are some of the highlights:

Weren’t Born Yesterday? Neither Was Your Coffee
Finding Your Favorite Coffee Roast
Grinding Coffee Beans
Home Roasting Coffee Beans
Coffee Cupping
Coffee Whiteners

Responsible Coffee:

I have enjoyed being able to combine my two loves, coffee and writing, and to take a line from Dr. Suess, “Oh, the places you will go.”

I hope to expand my horizons and go to the places where coffee is grown.
My fondest wish for the coming year is to hear from you, the readers, about what you would like to know. Just click on my photo and write away. I would love to hear from you.
Thank you for a great year.
P.S. There will be a great party going on in the forum and you are invited. Come and celebrate and be sure to bring your best coffee drink or dish. See you there!
