Summer Fatloss Workout Tips


When you want to look fabulous in revealing swimwear, you need summer fatloss workout tips that are quick, simple, and that burn more fat and calories with your normal fitness routine. Here's how to make small changes that will get you results fast.

Intensify Your Warm-up: If your typical warm-up includes 5-10 minutes of walking or running at a slower pace or bodyweight circuits then mix it up by switching out to more intense exercise at the same pace. If you run try jump rope intervals 45 seconds on 45 seconds off for 5-10 minutes or switch to running on sand. If you walk try stairs two steps at a time, lunges around a track, or fast paced varied terrain hiking. If you do bodyweight circuits then try inch worms, turkish get-ups, and/or deck squat body blasters. Making this switch challenges your body and turns up the fat burning so you burn more fat from your entire routine.

Add Jump Intervals To Ab Workouts: Add about 4-5 jump intervals about 45-50 seconds in length in between ab exercises. So if you typically perform an ab circuit then get up from the floor between exercises to jump rope, do jumping jacks, or jump squats, or any other jumping exercise in between ab exercises. If you perform many reps of one exercise because this works for you then break it up. Do 50 reps then get up and do jump intervals, do another 30 reps then back to jump intervals and so on. Mix up the numbers any way you like. Jumping works the abs extra hard and also burns major fat so your abs get ultra lean and toned faster.

Workout for Time vs. Reps Once A Week: Repeat one of your usual workouts on an off day but see if you can complete it in less time than normal. You can reduce the weight or rest periods and/or combine exercises. You can also keep everything the same and just work on being faster with excellent form. This challenges you to be more time efficient, improves muscular and cardio endurance, and burns tons of calories and fat.
