The author devotes special attention on using flowers in each room of the home. The section on flowers for dining will be particularly useful. In addition, the author shows how to use flowers as seasonal decorations.

The author explains what the romantic style of decorating is all about, and how it can be achieved tastefully without going overboard. The book provides all the background one needs on the subject. At the same time, it gives numerous examples of how one goes about achieving one’s decorating goals.

One section is devoted to specific projects with step-by-step instructions. There are even stencil templates in the appendix.
