Cooking for Kids Newsletter Sign Up

Guest Author - Cynthia Kilmartin

Hi, and thanks for your interest in the cooking for kids page on BellaOnline. This is a free newsletter for anyone who thinks that cooking home-cooked meals for their kids is important. We hope to inform inspire and remind you about how much fun it can me and how satisfying cooking great food for your kids can be. The types of things that will be covered in this newsletter include the following:

Kids health and nutrition:
This is such a big issue today, with so many kids being either under or over weight and such an overwhelming amount of information available to us. We try to dissect some of that information and provide a balanced look at some of the health and nutrition issues facing kids today. This is all written from a Mum's perspective and with growing kids in mind. BellaOnline is not selling you anything or has no financial motive for the information provided, but it an open minded opinion based on research and experience.

Product and literary reviews:
Our newsletter will also look at new products, new trends in healthy eating and how you can adapt these to your kid's diet. Also TV show or books that might be of interest.

Recipe ideas:
Of course you need some recipes. Who doesn't need new ideas occasionally to make that evening “what am I going to cook tonight” decision just a little bit easier. The focus for our recipes is for healthy eating without being 'fad-ish'. Good whole food nicely balanced, which is, importantly, easy to prepare and that most kids will like.
Don't worry, we also include the fun recipes for the holidays, tips on vacation planning and birthday ideas. Anything that could give you a new idea or remind you of something you already knew.

The newsletter is sent out in text only format so doesn't require any downloading and is easy to read or print on whatever browser or reader you are using.

Be assured that your email address will not be given or sold to any outside entity or intruders.
