Cheesy Eye Balls

Eyeballs are the caviar of Halloween feasts. Serve these tasty tidbits up in a silver footed platter or glass bowl for optimum effect.

2 cups grated Cheddar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup flour
6 ounce bottle pimento-stuffed green olives

1. In a large bowl, Combine cheese and butter.
2. Add salt, paprika, and flour and mix well.
3. Form about 1 teaspoon of flour mixture around an olive to form an eyeball. Make sure the pimento part of the olive is turned outward.
4. Line up the eyeballs on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 400F oven for 15 minutes.
