How To Have A Skinny Day Every Day


Fat days are like bad days. They bring you down, make you self conscious, and often drive you to overindulgent and unhealthy behaviors. Skinny days are the complete opposite. They boost your self esteem and happiness, plus motivate you to be more active and more healthy. You can have more skinny days by being more aware of what happens on your fat days and also by following the tips below.

Hydrate & Take 5
Get out of bed drink a glass of purified water to get your metabolism going then take 5 minutes to yourself. You can do a few sun salutations, take a brisk walk, meditate, read something positive, or write down thoughts about your day in a journal. This 5 minutes is a way of harnessing positive mental and physical energy.

Wear A Fabulous Outfit
Looking fabulous often translates into feeling fabulous so why not do it all the time. There is no reason why you need to save your good clothes and makeup for your best days. Look your best all the time and you'll be more likely to take care of yourself.

Call Someone & Care
We've all heard that saying call someone who cares. Well how about calling someone and caring about what's going on in their life. When you focus on others and making others feel better you often end up feeling grateful for your life, your body, and your health which translates into more positive behavior.

Do What You Love
Life is all about having fun and being happy. The more you focus on that the more of that you have. The best way to do that is to enjoy yourself. That may mean indulging in a bit of chocolate, buying a new workout outfit, calling your best friend, watching a comedy, going dancing, or taking your kids to the park. Do what brings you joy and you'll be inspired to do what it takes to look good all the time.

Eat Foods That Boost Energy
High fat, high sugar, high carb meals rob you of energy and contribute to hormonnal imbalances that induce emotional eating. Focus on foods that boost energy and health like veggies, fruits, nuts, & lean proteins. It's o.k. to indulge in less healthy foods from time to time but your diet should be 80% super healthy and 20% indulgent.
