Introducing Greek Yoghurt To Your Meals

1 heaped tablespoon of Greek yoghurt.
3 strawberries, sliced and placed on top.

Tzatziki proves to be very popular and it can be served with a range of appetizers (ideal as a dip for vegetables), with main courses (such as souvlaki or grilled swordfish) and even as a salad dressing.
You can buy tzatziki ready made but it is very simple to create your own version of this flavoursome cucumber sauce.

1 chopped cucumber (it doesn't have to be peeled but can be if you prefer).
The amount of Greek yoghurt needed may vary but a recommended amount is anything between 200g and 300g / 7 - 10 ounces.
Add the cucumber to the yoghurt and mix well.
Add a small amount of lemon juice - to taste.
Finish by adding a sprig or two of mint then cover and leave in the fridge ready for serving.
