Hi everyone! If you've read any of my reviews you will know that Tennessee Gourmet is one of my favorite places for great sauces, jellies and many other products. Well, I have to tell you they still never cease to impress me with their products. I recently had the pleasure of trying another great product and checked out their snack guide as well. I had to share these with you as I know you all appreciate great taste and quality in the products you buy as well.
First off I'd like to share with you their new Savory Beef Rub! It's great. We rubbed it into a brisket and cooked that all night.. mmmmmmm finger lickin good! If you guys ever eat brisket where you live you know it's got to be tender and it's got to be tasty. This rub just enhances it perfectly!
Tennessee Gourmet Savory Beef Rub ... Their rub is a unique blend of kosher salt, herbs and spices that brings out the flavor of beef, lamb, venison, buffalo and elk. Sprinkle a generous amount on both sides of the meat, rub into the meat and let stand 5 minutes. Cook on the grill or under the broiler. Savory beef rub can also be used to season hamburgers, roasts, vegetables, soups and casseroles.
Tennessee Gourmet Snack Guide --- They describe their snack guide as having over 40 recipes for easy entertaining with family & friends. The snack guide is divided into 5 sections covering snacks, dips & spreads, sandwiches & brunch, desserts, and drinks.
