SincerelyBruce Gaitsch

On Bruce Gaitsch latest project "Sincerely" he delivers acoustic guitar rhythms with beauty, grace and as the title implies...sincerity. Opening with the warm and sunny "Miss Sam" Gaitsch masterfully plays a graceful melody on the acoustic instrument of choice by so many, the "McPherson" guitar. With each stroke he bathes the listener in a mellow-feeling sound and gently guides them to a place of peace. Next up is the honky-tonk smooth groove of "Popcorn with Daisy"; teamed with Howard Levy on harmonica the two blend together with ease and bring back the feeling of days of skipping rocks and floating down the river on an inner tube. Following along that same line is the bluesy "Swamp Thang" a tune which showcases the talent and skill of Levy and Gaitsch as they work their instruments with the finesse and showmanship of skilled artists. A head bopping groove is this track indeed and it delivers home the fact that a complete instrumental project can be just as fun as one with vocals. In fact the two make their instruments "sing" wonderfully. The beautiful ballad "Janey and I" is a stand out on the project and a sweet track. Gaitsch is a master guitarist who has played for some of today's top artists including Yolanda Adams, Michael W. Smith and Madonna. It is no surprise that on this project he would give us the best a guitar like the McPherson has to offer. Learn more about this artist at www.brucegaitsch.com

Unto YouPatrick Leong

Opening with beautiful and lush sounds Patrick Leong's "Unto You" is a solid and graceful project. The first track "In Him With Him" describes with such fullness the freedom and perfection we find when we decided to live in God completely. With the clean lyrics of "In Him With Him Oh Lord...all that I am as Christ takes my hand...I surrender my all" Leong's soft and warm tenor voice embraces each note beautifully. The mastery of the strings and orchestral arrangement shines brightly on this track. Next is "Hold on to Each Day" and the acoustic guitar playing of Jamie Wilson soars and takes this tune to a higher level. My favorite on the entire project "Unto You" is a beautiful ballad that is heart touching and blesses the soul with each passionate lyric that Leong sings. "Unto you I give praise, for the rest of my days, unto you" simple and yet powerful lyrics that speak of our love for Christ. Leong sings so poignantly of the fact that no matter what he is going through he will still praise God "Unto You I will bring from my heart deep within of this love for my king. To the heavens I'll sing" singing unto heaven is really something we all should do for the rest of our days. Great project from a great artist. Healing WatersBree Noble

On Healing Waters independent artist, Bree Noble sings strongly and sweetly of several issues and in turn allows her listeners to develop a level of intimacy with ease. The title track "Healing Waters" focuses on facing our sins and turning to God and his healing waters that wash away our sins. "Your Are My Vision" is a tune that reveals her feelings of living with Glaucoma. “I was like a river running dry I forgotten how to sing and dance and fly...then you threw the moon and the stars into my eyes..." sings Noble and with her fresh alto she tells us that with the vision of God we can always see clearly. Calling herself a "songwriter who is Christian" Noble sings of homelessness, problems, sins and racism. This is the third project for this unsigned artist and I believe that the saying "third time is a charm" reflects this project completely.
