The furnishings throughout are gorgeous and tasteful. The tropical décor is relevant and the white gauzy curtains that surround the house give it a rich colonial feel.

The attention to detail is meticulous and it is clean beyond belief. The house comes equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect; stroller, beach towels, map books, magazines, literature, tv, dvd, stereo, fans in every room, AC, bbq, and outdoor shower to name a few.

The wraparound porch allows you to luxuriate while taking in the gorgeous scenery, while sitting comfortably on the couch, at the outdoor dining table or on the many comfortable chairs provided. This is a perfect spot to take in what is arguably one of the best sunsets in the world.

The meticulously landscaped grounds seem to go on forever. You can stroll through private gardens and paths and past the lily pond on the property. It is a beautiful site for a wedding, the lawn being more than big enough for a large wedding party and most certainly beautiful enough for wedding photographs. The large deck just off the massive porch makes a great dance floor!

The house is a short drive to all of the world class north shore beaches you would want to go to. And it is also a short walk to the beach and to Haleiwa town which offers art galleries, markets, surf shops, fine and casual dining, water sports rentals, etc.

For the same price as a fine hotel in Waikiki, you can have your own beautiful home in paradise. The best part of the Royal Lokoea is the serenity. While still close enough to afford you the benefits of the town and the beach, the house is secluded, private and quiet. You can have it all here.
