The Adam Ezra Group is a band of activists and community leaders whom are also musicians and songwriters. AEG has recorded some of the most well received acoustic music that we have heard in a long time, and are currently contributing 25% of their touring to benefit causes in communities across the country and worldwide.

Hailing from Boston, USA, The Adam Ezra Group consists of musicians Adam Ezra, “Turtle,” Josh Gold, Alex Martin, and Nelson Leong.

After touring with many well-known folk/acoustic bands, the Adam Ezra Group has since graduated from the local Boston scene to the national level with a momentum that is catapulting them towards being one of the most talked about bands in the United States. However, The Adam Ezra Group (AEG) is not just a band; they are a force to be reckoned with musically, personally and socially. Selling records and tickets is important to the acoustic band, but they are also committed to changing the world with their songs and their actions along the way. Ezra and his band are activists and community leaders as much as they are musicians and songwriters, and lead singer Ezra has spent a fair amount of time living out of a van, farming in Canada, volunteering for the relief effort in Kosovo, and practicing environmental geography in South Africa to help other communities. By documenting all of their experiences through their music, AEG are always challenging perspectives and are often teetering somewhere between being edgy rockers and sensitive poets.

The debut album recording from AEG was titled “Ragtop Angel,” which was recorded by Royal Avenue Records (which they signed to in 2010) and was produced by multiplatinum producer Aaron Johnson. Upon its release, "Ragtop Angel" shot to the top of the Amazon charts and was featured on iTunes "New and Noteworthy Rock Albums" in December of 2011. Soon after, Ragtop Angel won "Album of the Year" and "Takin' Off" won "Song of the Year" at the New England Music Awards.

The Adam Ezra Group has been hard at work recording their next album, which is called “Daniel The Brave” and is set to release in 2013.
