The book also introduces the reader to aromatherapy in a straight forward no nonsense approach taking readers on a step by step journey. The book clearly discusses essential oils, blending methods, and how to use them in a way the novice might quickly understand. Readers learn the benefits of various oils along with cautionary warnings. Readers also are introduced to various massage techniques along with appropriate oils. Readers learn how essential oils affect one's moods. How and why essential oils help cure many health conditions.
