Once again we firmly have our finger posted on the national pulse. In Should Flag Burning Be Outlawed? we are amazed by the attempts to legislate intelligence and use the United States Constitution in the process.

The Answer: Presidents Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley, and Kennedy.

Civil Rights News You Can Use
In the old days, war memorials usually featured a cross. Then one day someone found the time to be offended. In an effort to re-write the history of this country that once saluted its war-dead with the installation of a gigantic cross, the movement is now afoot to eradicate these gestures of national grief. One case in point is the San Diego cross that was originally intended to be a war memorial for Korean War veterans. Read and be amazed ... San Diego cross may provide national legal test.
