Attracting Wealth with Feng ShuiWealth doesn’t necessarily mean only financial wealth, it can also mean prosperity, self-worth and the abundance of happiness, friends, and so on. When working with your wealth gua, remember money is great but it isn’t everything and money alone can’t bring true happiness (but it doesn’t hurt). We all want to attract wealth if for nothing else than the necessities of life. It seems some people just naturally attract wealth while the rest of us seem to barely get by. Even if wealth seems to come naturally to some people, sometimes they have difficulty retaining this wealth. There are some Feng Shui enhancements that you can use to attract and maintain wealth but even with these, you must be patient and exert a degree of work on your part. Just because you practice good Feng Shui, there are no guarantees if you just sit back and wait for the rewards. The wealth area of your home or the rooms in your home is the left rear gua or area as you are standing in your front entranceway or the doorway of a room. The colors associated with the wealth gua are purples, reds and blues and the element is wood. Take a look at the wealth gua in your home and in each room in your home. Write down what you see and how you feel about these areas. Do you get a good feeling when looking at these areas? Are they cluttered with junk and unnecessary items? Do they have a run-down appearance? Do they have items that depict the loss of money, friends or happiness? Maybe you recently went bankrupt and your paperwork is stored in this area or you recently had a loss of some kind and reminders of this loss are here. Your wealth gua should only have positive items, not negative ones, should be in excellent repair, should have no clutter and should feel good to you. Look at the natural energy flow in your wealth area. Can good chi flow through the room or area or is it blocked? Does your door arrangement let good chi flow straight through the room or area? Chi should meander through your rooms with no blockages and shouldn’t flow straight through a room without wandering around and touching everything. You can enhance your wealth area with accessories in blues, reds or purples. Plants to bring out the wood element are attractive and work well. A few coins in a bowl can work to attract financial wealth. If you want to make new friends, pictures of friends enjoying fun together can help. Pictures, artwork or knickknacks showing happy themes are excellent enhancements for this area. Crystals are especially favorable in the wealth area. One of my favorite crystal enhancements, particularly for self-worth, is hematite crystal. When enhancing with crystals, be particularly careful to keep these out of direct sunlight because of fire danger. When sunlight hits crystals, they could reflect the sunlight onto other objects such as paper or cloth and cause a fire. In addition to enhancements, your attitude plays an important role in attracting wealth. If your intention is set and it isn’t selfish or greedy, you have a much better chance of success with good Feng Shui. Affirmations are also effective when used with your good intentions and enhancements. So, clean the clutter, remove the negative items, add enhancements, set your intention and declare your affirmations to attract wealth. Do this in the wealth area of your home and each room for the greatest success. TIP: Think positive thoughts about your financial wealth, self-worth, happiness, friendships and prosperity. If you think negative thoughts, you will attract negativity so always have a positive attitude even in dark times. Sometimes this is very difficult but with some effort, you can come up with positive thoughts and actions.
