Red Potato Salad

Greek Salad

A palate-pleasing potato salad perfect for your picnic or casual get-together.

Ingredients

1 lb. red potatoes
16-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 cup mayonnaise-style salad dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 lb. ham, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook potatoes until tender. Let cool and cut into chunks.
2. Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine salad dressing, sour cream and red onion. Stir in potatoes, vegetables and ham.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
