NEWSLETTER
The Cancer Newsletter is free, and I send it out on a weekly basis. It is sort of an addendum to my articles, so I try to keep them a little bit lighter in feel, than the articles. Although cancer is a subject that covers a very broad area, I am going to "trim the fat" so to speak, and make it a subject easy to understand.

Many aspects of our life are affected by having cancer. Our bodies, jobs, relationships, thinking, eating, emotions and spiritual lives are forever altered in some way from the surgery, treatments and side effects.

I have had mostly outstanding doctors, that's how I knew when I ran into a bad one! I'll give you tips on avoiding the pitfalls.

The Lymphatic System has been called the "stepchild" of medicine, and it is true. I personally suffer from it, so I will always give a first hand experience approach to help with the care and maintenance of this often overlooked affliction.

Nutrition is never out of style. It is a constant truth, that no matter if you are in good health now, you should continue a lifestyle of good nutrition to prevent disease.

I will cover the most nutrient rich veggies, fruits, along with the best cancer-fighting vitamins and essential minerals. I will not only tell you what they are but what's makes them so powerful!

I cover potent supplements you can take that are easily absorbed, that support certain areas of the body, and the overall health of the immune system. Sometimes I review sites that sell them; however, I will only endorse those that I take myself.

I will keep abreast of what top hospitals are up to in regard to research.
