Cookie Crush
Greek Salad

An easy-to-make and delicious dessert.

Ingredients

2-3 ounce boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 cup buttermilk
8-ounce container frozen whipped topping
15-ounce can fruit cocktail
2 15-ounce cans mandarin oranges
20-ounce can pineapple tidbits
1 package fudge stripe cookies, crushed

Instructions

1. Mix pudding and buttermilk.
2. Fold in frozen whipped topping.
3. Drain all of the fruit. Separate maraschino cherries from the fruit cocktail and set aside.
3. Add fruit to pudding mixture and mix well. Blend in cookies, reserving 1/2 cup.
4. Sprinkle top of dessert with remaining crushed cookies and top with reserved maraschino cherries.

Serves 8
