This mouth-watering bread is easy to make and delicious. A great alternative to traditional-style garlic bread.
Ingredients
1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed and cut into 32 pieces
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions
1. Place bread dough in a large mixing bowl.
2. In a smaller bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over bread dough and toss to coat well.
3. Arrange bread dough in a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole or 1-1/2 quart soufflé pan.
4. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size.
5. Heat oven to 375F.
6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
7. If bread begins to brown too quickly, shield with aluminum foil.
8. Cool 10 minutes.
9. Invert pan to remove bread. Serve warm.
