Quick Fatloss Fixes to Lose Weight Fast


If you're busy with work, family, and life in general then you probably don't have time to follow some complicated diet plan, count calories, or join an expensive diet program. But don't worry because the quick fatloss fixes below will help you shed the weight so fast and with little effort on your part because a little effort goes a long way when it comes to fatloss!

Quick Fatloss Fix #1: Stop Guessing What to Eat
I recently helped my sister make a big shift in the way she was eating and all it took was 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. We sat down and made a list of healthy foods and snacks that she would enjoy eating then I sent her out to the supermarket to buy enough food for 5 days. She came back with a few great pick and some not so great picks. We then wrote down a list of 5-6 types of meals she could eat each day. Total time planning about 2 hours. No more guessing what to eat, when to eat, or how to eat. The result has been a massive loss of belly bloat and belly fat in just 2 weeks. Planning meals for 5 days makes eating healthy much easier. It keeps you focused on just a few days, helps you control portions and calories, prevents bad choices, and binges. It also teaches you short term goal setting. All you have to do is get through the 5 days then start over. If my sister can do it so can you!

Quick Fatloss Fix #2: Be Flexible with Workouts
Losing weight and burning fat means you need to exercise but getting results is more about being consistent and doing something daily vs. how long or how hard you workouts are. Find workouts that vary in length from 10 minutes all the way to 45 minutes and that also vary in intensity from easy to hardcore. Exercise at least 5 days a week in a way that fits your schedule and energy level. Too busy and tired for long and hard workouts? Try a 5 minute walk and 10 minutes of yoga. Feeling super energetic and got some extra time because of a schedule change? Try 20 minutes of cardio intervals and 20 minutes of high intensity circuit training. It's all about having options so that you can stay consistent vs. trying to have the perfect workout all the time.

Quick Fatloss Fix #3: Find Your Non-Food Substitutes to Turn To
Life is hectic and can often get you so down that you turn to food for comfort but if you want to burn fat and lose weight you must have ways to make yourself happy that don't involve food. The best strategy for this is to type out a list of things to do when you are bored, stressed, unhappy, or frazzled. Write down as many options as you can and keep this list on the fridge. When you reach for food because you think it will make you happy look at your list to see if there is something else that may do the job better. My two favorite non-food substitutes are watching those silly decorating programs on HGTV and researching new places to hike. One makes me laugh the other one calms my nerves. Have more than a handful of these and you'll stop reaching for food to feel better and this will slash your calories in a big way.
