Urban Striptease Aerobics Workouts


Urban Striptease Aerobics
Tricia Murphy's got the 411 on sexy fitness workouts that blast fat, tone your trouble zones, and boost fun. Her Urban Striptease Vol. 2 fitness dvd is more challenging than the first so if you're new to this type of workout you may want to start with Urban Striptease Vol. 1 until you build some striptease specific endurance (hips, inner thighs, abs, and thighs).

The new version starts with a flirty warm-up that makes you think the workout will be easy but it soon transitions into a sexy dance routine that builds move upon move until you have learned part of a dance routine that you complete at the end of the segment. The moves are basic but challenge your entire body, especially the legs. After you complete the first dance segment you perform a cardio type interval that raises your heart rate for a serious calorie burning workout. There are 4 additional dance segments with cardio intervals in between and each segment builds on the last so that by the end of the workout you will be doing a very intense workout disguised as a fun dance/striptease routine.

The best part of this workout is that you move every single part of your body constantly and you go back and forth from struting and dancing to floor work, so your heart rate stays elevated and you sweat the entire time. One of the best segments is a floor sequence that goes from a plank with hip thrust to cobra then a mock child's pose with body rolls. This move will work your entire body and your sex appeal while making you sweat and smile big! There are many striptease workouts available that are fun and sexy but none provide the cardio and strength training challenge that Urban Striptease Aerobics Vol. 2 does.

Booty Call & Abs Too
Glutes & Abs are the two most complained about body parts so Murphy developed a special workout that targets these two trouble zones. You'll squeeze, press, and crunch that lower body & abs lean with some of the best lower body moves around. The workout begins with standing exercises that target the larger muscles then progresses to the floor with more isolated moves that focus on turning up the burn.

The beauty of this workout is that it's presented in a very fun and sexy way much like their striptease workouts, so you have fun and feel sexy while you're doing it. You also get the benefit of doing some of the best lower body & ab exercises that incorporate the larger muscles so the workout is balanced and more effective than those that just focus on isolation.
