Cauliflower With Turmeric Recipe


CAULIFLOWER WITH TURMERIC

Yield: 6 servings
Serving Size: 1/2 cup


INGREDIENTS

- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth

DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the ginger.garlic
and chili and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the cauliflower, turmeric, and broth. Cover and steam
until the cauliflower is tender, yet firm, about 6-7 minutes.
