Here is an easy chart to look at and determeine what your blood glucose numbers are. A1C's are very important and determine if you are in control of your diabetes or your diabetes controls you.

Desirable from 4.0/65 to 6.2/143 which is in the normal range. However, constant Hypoglycemia can cause brain damage among other things.
