Peanut Butter Snack Cups Recipe These snack cups make a fun frozen dessert or a cool summertime treat for peanut butter lovers! - 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 cup cold milk, whole milk or 2% milk
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, such as Cool Whip®, thawed and divided
Preparation - Place the vanilla wafers in paper lined cups in a muffin pan. In a blender, combine the milk and peanut butter. Add the pudding mix and blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a large bowl. Stir in half of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cups on top of the vanilla wafers. Top each filled muffin cup with about one tablespoon of the remaining whipped topping. Cover loosely with foil and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Store any remaining frozen snack cups in the freezer in a covered storage container or in sealed plastic freezer bags. |
