There are several goofs with them watching Halloween. For example, they cheer at seeing a naked woman - but the scene they watch doesn't include one. Also, the timing of the movie scenes and the "actual action" of Scream doesn't line up.
A sign on the police station's road indicates it's a two way road, not a one way road.
The sun seems to do strange things in this land. Shopkeepers are closing up at 9pm (curfew time) in sunlight. However, things happen at 7:15pm that are in the dark.
