Perk up your 4th of July party with this simple to make and colorful dessert.
Ingredients
10-ounce package frozen puff pastry shells
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
vanilla yogurt or whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
1. Bake pastry shells according to package directions; set aside.
2. Place raspberry jam in a small pan and melt over low heat; stirring constantly. When melted, remove from heat and blend in lemon juice and berries.
3. Spoon into pastry shells and top with yogurt or whipped cream.
